I have selected TopStaff anchor for articulations (umarcato for example) in the general style dialog.
When I select a note and I double-click the articulation, it appears under the selected note instead of above the staff
If I save, close and reopen the file, the articulation appear above the staff

I don't see an option that controls the anchor of articulations and ornaments there.

There was a table of all of the articulations in 2.x where you could control their locations so this is no longer applicable.

These are inspector settings, and if I change the anchor in the inspector I cannot reproduce the problem.
