This is the second time this has happened so I believe it is caused by either me leaving the app open and playing sound from a different tap or using wireless headphones after it has been opened.

I also tried reverting the app back to it's factory settings but that has not fixed it.
This just happened to me today, and right before I was trying to play-back audio from a corrupted file. I've dealt with corrupted files before, but this has never happened.
You mean #311344: No audio. Play/Pause buttons grey. I guess
Certainly a different scenario than the one here, where Bluetooth headsets are involved

Cannot play music wither using Bose Ear Buds. Yet when I open another app like a DAW they work perfectly.
