Does the problem fix itself after restarting MuseScore? If not, it is extremely unlikely to have been connected to the corrupted score, and you should instead look for other possible triggers, but more importantly, try to resolving the problem via factory reset or other steps. If the problem does fix itself, see if you can reproduce it following the same steps. If so, then it does indeed seem like the corrupt score could somehow have triggered this, although offhand I cannot imagine how this would be possible. If you cannot reproduce following those same steps, then again, I'd say the problem was unlikely related to the corrupt score.
