You have applied the volta 1 to measure 9 only, then dragged the end point to make it look like it covers measure 10, but it doesn't. The repeat list also says 2 in the inspector, rather than 1. As a result, you won't get the play back you want. You need to delete the volta, select measures 9 & 10 and reapply the volta 1. If you don't change anything, the playlist will be 1 so it will be fixed in the inspector. As Shoichi said, "Wax on, wax off"

Volta "1." has a repeat list of "2", should be "1" (Check(change it in Inspector)
