Insert the treble clef in the lower staff right after a double repetition barline.

Actual result :
The double repetition barline is split and the treble clef is inserted between the two barlines.

Expected result :
The treble clef is inserted to the right of the double repetition barline.

Select the first note of the measure and apply the clef to that and it will appear to the right of the barline.

Status active by design

To be clear, this is the correct default behavior. Presumably the clef is not changing twice - it changes to treble then probably stays treble - so it would be incorrect to place it within the repeat. Unless of course there is a second clef change within the repeat section and you do need the change back to treble again for the repeat. In which case you do indeed need to place it after the repeat explicitly.
