I guess what happened is the following:

  1. I tried to download the default General HQ SF3 soundfont but the progress bar was moving from 0% to some % and back to 0% and again...
  2. I stopped the download, however I saw this soundfont in the panel
  3. I tried to import a SF2 soundfond

I assume the system went in an inconsistent state... Hence I suppose it could be related to an issue already highlighted.

Side note: After few trials I was able to download the General HQ SF3 as I saw the max % reached was increasing after each trial...
