A tie through time signatures
How can I interrupt the tie and continue it right after the time signature?
Please have a look at the 1st picture. The 2nd picture shows the example how I want it to be.

Known issue, see #21438: Ties need to break at key and time signatures
The workaround is to use the image capture tool (camera icon on main toolbar) to grab a small white graphic, then paste it onto the barline, and use the Inspector to set the stacking order something in the 1100-1200 range, which covers the tie but allows allows the time signature and staff lines to show through. Takes longer to describe than to actually do it :-).

After doing that you can drag the graphic to a palette (I use Text) for subsequent uses.
