Displaced elements in a measure
I have been making a piece with Musescore and somehow, all the notes and rests in a measure have shifted sideways into another later measure. I have attached a picture showing this.

Hello, I am the author of this post. I had trouble changing all my profile settings so I made a new one. Just stating that I'm still here and interested in the answers.
We'd need thw score, not a picture of it.

It's at the 49th measure. The notes have shifted to the 53rd measure.

Maybe you inserted a measure by mistake. You can delete it and everything should be fine.

When I listen to the playback, the notes of the 49th measure do play, but they appear over the 53rd measure notes. The 49th measure is not an empty measure. I suspect I could copy paste everything in another score and fix it, but I'd like to know if there's a simple solution and an explanation as to why it happened.

I suppose you hit the insert key by mistake.
