Probably the issue tracker is not the right place for this, but musescore-stable on launchpad is stuck at 3.2, and there are a lot of new features I would like to use (as one does).
I have tried the Appimage, but the interface is scaled down very small, and I also tried the snap, but apparently it is a development version and I can't upload scores with it. It would be awesome to have a clearer path to the latest releases of Musescore on Ubuntu.

It certainly would, but but certainly by the MuseScore developers, this is in the responsibility of the distribution maintainers

OK! Thanks. I was confused because the packages says it is maintained but the "Musescore3 Maintainers Team", which I mistook for the developers, but I guess this is a different group? I will try to contact the package maintainers.
@mirabilos ?

The @ doesn’t seem to work here ☺
But I got the OP as well as one other (and a third one two weeks ago or so) asking me via Launchpad, which I got as eMail, and have already responded to all of them.
I also renamed the team to “MuseScore-for-Debian Maintainers”, maybe that’s more clear.
