Straight line slides/glissandos (restrike and legato) between notes are common in guitar music. A shortcut option to add them in Preferences > Shortcuts would be useful.

FWIW, I would say it's more likely that we'll add a way to assign shortcuts to any symbol.

As this issue tracker has been discontinued, this issue should get reported on GitHub, https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/new/choose
At least if it still exists in 4.1.1 (which it likely does)
