Steps to reproduce a bug:
1. Create empty score with at least two stringed instruments.
2. Add tabulature to normal staff
Result:
The last staff with tabulature in the score has no time signature.

Maybe because it is just 4 strings?
Or really just because it is the last one?
This staff is set in the Staff/Part Properties to not show the time signature. That's pretty common for tablature staves, so I'd say this is currently by design. You can change that setting in the dialog. Feel free to start a discussion in the forum so other guitarists can weigh in on whether they'd like to see the default change.

For me, this is completely illogical. If the time signature appears in the first and each subsequent tabulature, why does it not appear in the last one?
It is not the last, or only coincidentally. The culprit is that staff's properties. So this is by design.
And with an easy workaround, see attached.
Why that particular staff's default settings are that way but not for the other is a different topic.
