Adding arrowhead to the score
Hello, is it possible to add such curve arrows in Musescore as the attached example?

You can do that by adding graphics - just drag an image from a drawing program. Unfortunately for now that's probably the best workaround. You could also try adding a slur then positioning an arrow character as text or a symbol; that's another option but probably not easier, and almost certainly more "fragile" in that it won't look right if the layout changes.

Marc, adding slur and arrowhead works fine for me! Thanks for the practical solution!
Slur the notes and use an arrow from the mastaer palette#s syobbols palette (there search for 'arrow').
Attach to the 2nd note head, and from there adjust to meet the end of the slur
