Swing with broken measures
I am breaking measures to create linebreaks mid measure. If Swing is set and measure is broken "mid-swing" (between 8th notes), then playback will not honor the swing step in the second broken measure.

Confirmed. And contrary to my gut feeling it is not related to whether the measure is marked for exclusion from measure count

I recall some discussion of using the exclude property to differentiate these cases, but I guess we didn't follow through.
Meanwhile, workaround is, if you need to split a measure, only do so on the beat. Which I would say is sensible anyhow. I would not like to have to read something that split eighths mid-swing!
