Making an arrangement of a piano piece to guitar and flute
I would like to make an arrangement of a piano score for guitar and flute, but I don't know very well how to proceed to extract the voices correctly, in the piano part the voicings cross from one staff to another and things like that. Can you help me? Thanks

Please attach your score, and maybe someone will be inspired to point you in a few directions.
Copy and paste would be the general method. Cross staff notation will not be an issue in a guitar arrangement I guess.

I'm sorry, but when I paste the upper staff it erases what I pasted from the lower one even if I select another voice.
I attach the reference file.

I don't want to discourage you, but I'm afraid you'll need a solid musical background (which I don't know if you have) to tackle the adaptation of such a piano masterpiece, for guitar and flute (and playing the guitar, for example, would be even better, to check what's really playable and what isn't). What's more, a transposition is absolutely necessary. Good luck.

Don't worry about my training, I am a professional musician. I would just like to know well all the possibilities of Musescore so I don't have to write the adaptation completely from scratch.

When you do the paste it's going to overwrite everything in the stave (someone else might have a way to do it but I have'nt found it in Musescore 4). The way I do it is this (for example to make a grand staff piano part into a classical guitar part):
This will combine the two staves into one, then you can delete or hide the second one. Suggest you do a few experiments with implode to see how it works for you.

I think this method will leave you with a guitar part that is very difficult. And some notes unplayable. That's fine, but if you want to make this arrangement more approachable, you might consider also an arrangement with a simpler guitar part. The flute part is already not too difficult. I think you want the guitar part to support the flute. Not overshadow it. It works for piano because the parts are crafted to go together, with the same sound. As soon as you change instruments, some compromises might need to be made.
