How to put things in brackets and what is this in the blue circle and how can I copy this?
I want to copy this piece on Musescore as is so I can listen to it and print a better-quality sheet.
How can I put fermata in brackets (upper red circle), and the lower two notes in brackets (lower red circle)?
And what is this in the blue circle and how can I copy this?

I think the thing in the blue circle is a rehearsal mark ("A"). Select something in the measure that follows it, Press CTRL+M and type in the letter "A". See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/rehearsal-marks

Of so, it is one without a frame though
It could also be a short fermata on a barline?

Thank you, I thought it looked like a lambda symbol, but I think a rehearsal mark makes more sense.
