Cannot download Pdf including parts file
Hello there! I just uploaded a new corrected version of my piece and I cannot download the Pdf including parts file from my scores page.Everyting else downloads fine.Any ideas? Here is the link : https://musescore.com/user/12697511/scores/3205951

Hi Shoichi! I updated my musescore tool with an update I found after our messages,I followed your advice deleting my scores and uploading them again with the updated tool and the previous problem is fixed.BUT it came out a new one: this time I cannot download the mp3 files!Only listen to them on line :( Anyway this is of less importance since the Orchestra don't really need them as they need my parts ,but I'm just informing you.You are very kind thanks a lot for everything

In case it isn't clear: you don't need to use the website at all to get parts or MP3 files. This can all be done directly from within MuseScore. See File / Export and/or File / Export Parts.

Thanks Marc! yes ,its an alternative.I just find it very convenient to download everything from the site to Goggle drive and share the link with the musicians :) Now about the mp3 files I didn't know! I will definitely search for it,thanks a great lot!
Hi there,
we recieved your message sent to support@musescore.com (not .org). The issue is confirmed and I don't know the reason. We need time to investigate.
As a workaround, you can upload this score again as private score and try to print parts from there. Uploading new score should generate all required data and parts is believed to work in this case.
Thank you all for your kind support! Finally I updated my musescore application,I deleted the score and I uploaded again with the new application and EVERYTHING WORKS FINE :) .You are great guys thanks a lot
