OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.0.4785, revision: c1a5e4c
(Appears also in the MacOS (High Sierra) version)

There was a similar thread on this topic but it was closed as solved. In the attachment is a file created with MuseScore 2.x. The subtitle always slides too far down during import.
It seems to have something to do with the fact that text styles have omitted mm entries and now only sp entries are used. The wrong positioning can also be replicated in MuseScore 2.x by clicking on sp instead of mm in the subtitle section of the text style menu and applying it. The default value there is 10 (mm). In MuseScore 3, this value is also adopted correctly, but the unit is no longer correct or is no longer available. At least that's my observation, maybe I'm wrong too. An example file is attached.

By the way: the second pair of keys for the song in A minor were generated during import (different issue, I know).

The issue was fixed for 3.0.1 as far as I can tell - subtitle looks correct, and fwiw I also don't see any extra key signatures. There are however extra clefs. Did you submit that bug report?

POK, then would you mind submitting a separate issue regarding the clef? Guessing it will turn out to be something about the section break and incomplete measure and maybe the clef was originally added as a mid-measure clef.

It's already done.
I also think it probably has something to do with the section break. However, the file has been imported into MuseScore 2. The original was a Capella file (*.cap). Especially when importing Capella files, the problem occurs again and again. However, it did not occur in MuseScore 2 (or was already fixed there - I have to check again).
