Breaths and Pauses don't seem to work in V.3. Did they go for the same reason as the tenuto?

As I understand it, this only affects events at the end of a measure. The issue has been addressed and should be fixed in the next release.

They used to work after whatever note you attached them to no matter where they were in the measure.

The fix has been inserted into the next release. See #281909: Caesuras and sections breaks don't cause pauses in playback.
