Help with staff issue
Can someone tell my how to fix this issue with the last staff? Ii cannot figure out why it remains at the bottom of the page.

Tools menu > Reset Style

Doing this will reveal that you dragged a line that says ritard of the page and confused MuseScore.
In MuseScore 3.05, use menu item: Format -> Reset Shapes and Positions. (Shortcut is Ctrl+R)
