You say "new installation", does that mean you installed 3.2.2? Can you check Help / About? What OS? Does it help to do Help / Revert Factory Settings? If not, save you attach one of the scores you are having trouble with?
Hi Marc. Yes it is 3.2.2 Windows 10, downloaded yesterday. I followed your suggestion and restored to factory defaults.Downloaded a score, and saved it. Seems to be resolved thank you very much. Ray
Hello again Marc. It seems I was overly optimistic. The crash on saving or opening files still occurs. If it helps - some time ago a graphic app did a similar thing. It turned out to be common on Dell products.
