Issue with XML Grace note import

Hello,
I'm having an issue with the positioning of grace notes when opening an XML produced by Sibelius.
I am wondering if it is a bug because other programs open the XML correctly. Please see image comparison.
Thank you!

*Note: After some testing, I noticed that when the 'cue-sized' notes are removed, even if they turn to cue-sized rests instead of notes, the grace notes are opened in the correct space.

Problem confirmed using current master. Did not find the issue yet, so I created #293444: [MusicXML import] Issue with XML Grace note import
