MuseScore 3 does not work
After downloading and installing MuseScore 3 for the first time, it doesn't even start. OS windows 7; I've already checked fireawall. Thanks for your help.

It does nothing at all. I just get the blue frame when I lunch the program and nothing else happens.

I don't have any score to open. This is the very first time I install a score writer on my PC.

Then either download a score from musescore.com (any will do) or any attached to forum topics or issues here on musescore.org and try with that.
Or start MuseScore using the -w commandline option, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/command-line-options and https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/revert-factory-settings#instruction…

I tried both, open a score and start with the -w, and nothing happens.

Did you download the proper version for Windows? 32 or 64 bit.

Problem solved?
I was working with this file "MuseScore-3.3.2-x86.msi", then I found "MuseScore-3.3.0-x86.msi" and this one works. I would like to know what is the difference between them. Is it a mater of 32 or 64 bit version? Thanks for your help.

Those are both 32 bit versions. There seems to be something added in version 3.3.2 that caused it not to work on your system. Perhaps someone like dimitrio95 will respond to this so he can understand the problem and fix it.
