When viewing a part, hover over the print button in the tool bar. The tool tip reads "Print score". However, this is misleading as it is only the part that is actually printed.
I rarely use this button but seeing the tool tip made me reluctant to press it as I feared I would print out 15 pages of score rather than the 4 pages of the part that I actually wanted.

So "Print score/part (Ctrl+P)" would be better? That's be a very easy change to make.
Having a context sensitive tooltip though, "Print score (Ctrl+P)" for score but "Print part (Ctrl+P)" would probably be pretty complex.

Yes but "Print score" which we have at present is just wrong. It would be less confusing if it just said "Print". or "Print score/part" as you suggest.
