MuseScore 3.4 suddenly crashing on Chromebook for no apparent reason
Hello,
I have had MuseScore installed on my Chromebook since about December 2019, but it recently began crashing whenever I try to open a score or begin a score. I can open the application, but when clicking "Finish" when creating a score or clicking "Open" on an existing one, the application crashes. I have tried powerwashing my Chromebook and redownloading MuseScore 3.4 from scratch; however, the same thing occurs. I have also tried MuseScore 3.3 and 3.2 (all obviously using the Linux AppImage) and the same thing occurs.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Did you just update the Chrome OS? IIRC that lastest version of it is broken (see https://musescore.org/en/node/303813)

I've been keeping the OS up to date, so that could be the issue.

I use musescore almost everyday but from yesterday I am not able to run the version 3.5.2 any longer. It opens but crashes straight away. I tried to completely remove it (with appcleaner) and re-install. The same with version 3.5.1. However 3.4.2 happily works.
I am on Catalina 10.15.7. I have not updated the system (but a security update is awaiting). The only thing I did yesterday on the system is to de-install adobe flash player (but I think it has nothing to do with musescore).
