[Trunk] Blue strip doesn't function during repeated sections

1. Open score (credit to Bill Watkins).
2. Play.

Expected result: Blue strip should follow whatever note is being played.
Actual result: The blue strip stops at the final note before the repeated section plays, and continues at an unplayed section.

Using MuseScore 2.0 nightly build (4186) - Mac 10.4.11.
