[Trunk] r4766 Piano keyboard note entry
MS nightly R4245. Several issues with the piano keyboard (using the P icon).
1. I can bring up the keyboard, but I can't make it work for note entry.
2. I managed to move it from its default location above the status bar, but I can't find a way to move it back.
3. Why allow resizing the keyboard window? You can drag the window taller, but not shorter, and narrower but not wider.

What's the "P icon". I can't see it in MuseScore 1.1?
Bring up the keyboard? Is there such a thing where MuseScore shows the notes that are played on a keyboard?
The P icon is only in MuseScore nightly builds for MuseScore 2.0.
Most of the original issues are fixed, and I can enter notes via the keyboard but they don't appear on my score until I exit note entry. Then they are all drawn.
Addendum, the notes will appear when I roll the mouse over the score page (not the navigator). Exiting note entry (N) will work as well.
