I have some scores with a bar count that includes the anacrusis, and some without.
I'm not certain - it may have been a bug present in an earlier version that has since been fixed if you are creating a score from scratch, but the current and forthcoming versions are ignoring this in scores not created in it.
Is it possible for the nightly build to integrate something that will correct it so the anacrusis is not counted (the reportedly correct way)?
I've attached test scores.
Using MuseScore 1.0 and 2.0 nightly build (4233) - Mac 10.4.11.

In Measure Properties, there is 'Exclude from measure count' option. I just noticed it now - perhaps it was recently implemented?
However, do we know of any scores that count the anacrusis? If not, perhaps this option could be abandoned and exclude all anacrusis from the count.
