Remember where you see a rest between two quarter notes? That's a major feature you have right now~ Please add it and it will improve this software~ :)

In any case, it is perfectly possible to add rests in between your melody. If you use the keyboard for entering notes, pressing 0 (zero) will enter a rest in the selected duration.
