Time stretch on articulations out of control

Something has gone horribly wrong in the current nightly build. The playback duration effects on any articulations seem to be multiplicative for each note played, and this is retained as you go. Take, for example, a whole note with an articulation having it play back at 0.9 length. This 0.9 length is applied multiple times to the same note, resulting in the note playing back incredibly fast. This only gets worse on subsequent playbacks. The end result is that it becomes impossible to listen to a score's playback entirely.
