Tie not centred and wrong vertical offset
2.0.3 on Win 7 / 2.0.2 on Win 10.
See attached file. In measure 2 the tie has been flipped from its default position. The result is not properly centred and seems to be positioned a little too high above the note heads:
If you double-click the tie and move the right handle by 1 sp (say), using [Ctrl] + [right arrow], a vertical offset value unexpectedly appears in the Inspector.

No, this is correct. The tie is deliberately displaced vertically to avoid being obscured by the staff line any time it would not otherwise extend at least 0.5sp above or below. And the attachment points are right where they normally are for single-note chords on the notehead - at the 35% point from the inner edge of the notehead.
The reason the offset appear in the Inspector when editing the tie is that we don't try to do the automatic adjustment for ties you've taken the trouble to manually adjust. So the offset that was originally applied automatically transfers to th User offset so the tie doens't appear to "jump" inexplicably.
