When the volta before repeat symbol use two or more, first time ends up playing to ignore all of the brackets.
The second and subsequent times firmly parentheses recognize.

You did not place a repeat bar at the end of the first volta - that is necessary to tell people what you want to happen at the end,
In the future, if you have problems using MuseScore, it is better to ask for help in the Supprot forum rather than opening bug reports.
