1. Open MuseScore.
2. Right-click the toolbar anywhere there's disabled buttons (when there's no score open, or during playback).

Expected result: Menu appears so the user can choose what toolbars appear.
Result: Nothing appears.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (4360) - Mac 10.4.11.
