2.0 has always applied a small amount of reverb by default, and this has not changed for 2.0.1, 2.0.2, or 2.0.3. What version were you using previously? And what soundfont are you using? Also what OS, and can you post the specific score you are having problems with and precise steps to reproduce the problem?
Possibly, you simply failed to notice the reverb until 2.0.3 because the default volume is louder in 2.0.3 than in previous releases.
