Partially fixed (doesn't allow it to open if you have an empty score). However (like #2), it you have a score open, enable Piano Keyboard, close the score and click on the keyboard (still there), it'll crash.
(Piano Keyboard also lacks the capitalised first letters)

Doesn't affect Windows. It's likely similar to #10048: Opening Page Settings causes crash behaviour-wise.

I applied the patch from mokaspar. In addition the piano is removed if there is no score to get consistent behaviour with the drum tools.
Automatically closed -- issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
