Applying tempo text to existing one doesn't replace it

1. Open score.
2. Select a note.
3. Apply Tempo Text.
4. Apply another Tempo Text to same note.

Expected result: The new one replaces the last one.
Actual Result: The new one pastes over the last one.

Using MuseScore 1.0 and 2.0 Nightly Build (4367) - Mac 10.6.7.

We also have to make sure a tempo text is only applicable once at the same moment (not to another stave or instrument).

It definitely should be supported to have multiple tempo texts per time position; that's not uncommon at all. For example, you might have a generic marking like Moderator but also a metrnonome marking and need them to be separate texts to position them as you like.
