LilyPond output differs from MuseScore

The pdf obtained with Lilypond after saving as .ly with MuseScore doesn't look at all like the original file.

Why would you like to run it into Lilypond if it looks like the original ? ;) You can save as PDF in File -> Save As -> File type.
More seriously, Lilypond has a musicxml2ly utility. It often does a better job than direct lilypond export from MuseScore.

When I say it's different, I mean that the whole structure is different, and some notes and even mesures have totally disappeared.

Can you upload the score again? The attachment did get through for some reason. (remove special characters from the filename first).

Could you fill feature requests with small snippet to demonstrate what is missing ?

1- I joined a picture of first 2 bars:
MuseScore version: good, 2 bars present
lilypond version: the second bar is missing
2- see theme D: the repeat bars are not correctly placed in the ly version (see attached)

Due to a lack of support, LilyPond export has been removed for the next version.
Users could instead use MusicXML export and MusicXML2Ly.
