Mark strings as non translatable in UI files when necessary

Several strings are used in UI files as place holder and replace programatically with translated strings. It could be good to spot these strings and mark them as non translatable in the UI files. Then lupdate will not put these strings in TS files and it will reduce the number of unessary strings to translate for translators on http://translate.musescore.org

I believe this issue had been fixed long ago.
The change that marked it fixed now very certainly is completly unrelated though
