[1.1] Non-responsive Page Settings menu appears with no score open

1. Start MuseScore empty.
2. Go to 'Layout' menu.

Expected result: Page Settings only appears when a score is open.
Actual result: Page Settings appears until you open a score (it'll then disappear again).

It was corrected for the trunk a while ago (see #10048: Opening Page Settings causes crash).

Still likely to be a Mac exclusive.

Using MuseScore 1.1 (Pre-release) - Mac 10.6.8.

Present in 1.2, but fixed in the trunk.
