1. Create score.
2. Enable 'Note Entry'.
3. Enter note.
4. Disable 'Note Entry'.
5. Drag three acciaccaturas to the normal note.
7. Select the second acciaccatura.
8. Cut.
9. Undo.

Result: The stem of the third acciaccatura has flipped direction and is infinite.
