I had some staff text attached to the highlighted measure under the second ending (see attached picture). When I entered enough music to add a second page, the text moved to the middle of the second page. I cannot select, edit, or move the text, it is stuck there. It should be noted that this file was initially created with Musescore 2.0.1 but the issue occurred when I was editing it in Musescore 2.0.3

Can you attach the score and clear instructions to reproduce the issue, or reproduce this issue with a new score (from scratch)?

As far as I tested, moving a staff text to the next page seems to produce the effects you are seeing (which is definitely a bug). Is this the same bug?
