Chord Symbols linked across score/parts act inconsistently

See the attached score.
If you delete a chord symbol in the score or the piano part, it deletes in both places. But if you add one, it does not add in both places unless you add it in the score, thendelete the existing parts and recreate them.
This is not consistent and very confusing. I consider it a major bug because it is a clear difference in functionality that should not exist, and it can cause errors in your score/parts if you don't realize it has happened.

This case is not actual anymore OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.0, revision: 55e0a7a.

But! Appending Chord symbol to the score seems to result in two Undo records, because one Undo doesn't lead to removing the Chord Symbol, but leads to removing it from parts. I will create separate issue for this case.
