Insert horizontal frame: problem with placement
If I insert a horizontal frame at the beginning of a piece with instrument names before the systems, everything will be moved to the right correctly, but the frame is misplaced.
It should be placed to the left, but it is place directly before the beginning and therefore overlaps with the instrument names.

In the current nightly this problem isn't there for my file.
Now the frame will be set left of the instrument names, but in special cases the instrument names are centered in the complete range of frame+width of instrument names.

2 Mark measure 1
3 Add the frame
