Crashes When Clicking Anything Under the "File" Tab

Hello, the other night wile working on a score a measure in 4/4 randomly removed an 8th note beat from the measure. While trying to fix it my musescore crashed and ever since then when ever I try to do any function under the "file" tab (save, load, etc.) musescore will undoubtedly crash. I have tried reinstalling musescore and even installing an older version of musescore in an attempt to get it working but I've had no luck and since then playback will not work either. Under the circumstances I'd say there's an issue with my PC but I'm not sure what would have caused i. I would love it if anybody could help me ASAP.

I am running windows 10 64 bit.

Hello,
In order to help, we need that you attach your score for investigate. Please also, indicate the source of the file (MuseScore, or MIDI file, or other formats), the used version of MuseScore, and your OS.

Also a revert to factory Setting might help more than a reinstall, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/revert-factory-settings

Closed due to lack of information and inability to reproduce. Please report, with precise steps to reproduce, in a new thread if this still troubles you in the latest version (3.4.2). If you aren't sure whether it is really a bug with MuseScore, report in the support forum first.
