1. Open score with multiple simultaneous notes (i.e. chords).
2. Play.
3. Click on note with multiple notes played simultaneously.

Result: All, but (seemingly) one note are highlighted.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (4824) - Mac 10.6.8.
