8va affects all staves instead of single staff

1. Open file attached: "8va affect on staves.mscz"
2. Press play

Expected result: 8va should only affect the one staff it is anchored to

Actual result: 8va affects all staves below it including percussion

Discussion: I think I have occasionally seen 8va in piano scores affect both hands/staves but this is the exception not the rule. It is easy enough to add an invisible 8va to the second staff if needed.
