[Regression][Trunk] Frame around measure numbers creates 2 frames
Open this score or create a score and set the measure number text style to have a frame.
In MuseScore 2.0 r4832, you'll have two frames. One around the measure number and that's fine and a bad one attached to the first segment of the measure.

The second frame is not a real measure number but an empty text with measure number style.
The second frame can be deleted normal.
The second frame was not in the original file I think. So it should not appear in the first place.
Deleting is a workaround.
