Scenario: I make several changes to the general and text styles.
I save the styles with my own name.
I enter a score and save it.
Later I re-open the score.
Question? Do I have to open the saved styles as well if I want them to be in use when I edit the score?

A) Please see comment about Issue Tracker and Support & bug report forum in your previous post .
B) Styles used by a score are saved with the score itself; you do not need to do anything with them to use them with that score. Saving and loading styles is used to 'export' the styles used by one score and 'import' them into another score, to have it styled the same as the first one.

In itself, "Closed" would be better, but by doing this the original poster is probably not able to see the answer, as closed issues are not shown by default.
Once the John will have seen the answer, the issue can be safely closed.
