[Trunk] Screen doesn't refresh in Note Entry mode

1. Create score.
2. Enable 'Note Entry'.
3. Move mouse cursor around the score.

Result: There's note heads everywhere.

Discussion: If you change to another value, leave Note Entry or click elsewhere from the program, it refreshes.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (4865) - Mac 10.6.8.
