Piano Keyboard menu entry doesn't reflect activation status

If I select to show the "Piano Keyboard" from the "Show-Piano Keyboard" button but then close the field using the x on the top right corner of the "Piano Keyboard" window itself, the button back in the "Show-Piano Keyboard" menu doesn't synchronize with the fact that I just closed the "Piano Keyboard" window by hitting it's x.

Perhaps this same issue occurs with other windows, I consider it important to report such bugs simply because everything is important at varying levels of priority.
