1.x multi-stave scores with anacrusis corrupted

Compare two versions of a score created in 1.1: One with an anacrusis and another without .

Opening the anacrusis version in the trunk:

1. There's a delay when the anacrusis is played (appearance of two beats, but duration is listed in Measure Properties as having four).
2. Multi-voice notes (in second bar - not counting anacrusis) aren't in the right place.

After a quick investigation, you can reproduce from scratch with the following

  1. Create a score in MuseScore 1.2 with two staves and a anacrouse
  2. Put note on the second staff
  3. Save and open in 4f5d638413
